SHIPPING POLICY
At Wylowe, we’re proud to offer fast delivery across the United
Kingdom. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and
delivery typically takes 3–5 business days once dispatched.
We currently ship to UK addresses only. Shipping costs (if any)
are calculated at checkout before you complete your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation
email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel every
step of the way.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your Wylowe piece. If you’re not completely
satisfied, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order
to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition
and packaging. Once your return is approved, we’ll process your
refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
WARRANTY
All Wylowe pieces come with a 6-month warranty covering
manufacturing defects. This warranty is provided in addition to
your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does
not affect them.
